The Newbridge Academy Senators Major Bantam team was created through a partnership between East Hants Minor Hockey and Sackville Minor Hockey. Newbridge Academy was awarded one of 12 teams in the Hockey Nova Scotia Major Bantam AAA Hockey League, which began its first season last year during 2010/2011. The team is called the Newbridge Academy Senators and is made up of players (13 & 14 year olds) mostly from the East Hants and Sackville Minor Hockey Region. The Sentors compete against teams from all over Nova Scotia. Five students from Newbridge Academy represented the Newbridge Senators in their first season. Home games take place at the Sackville Sports Stadium and East Hants Sportplex. Join us this season for another great year.
