The Newbridge Academy Senators Major Bantam team was created through a partnership between East Hants Minor Hockey and Sackville Minor Hockey. Newbridge Academy was awarded one of 12 teams in the Hockey Nova Scotia Major Bantam AAA Hockey League, which began its first season last year during 2010/2011. The team is called the Newbridge Academy Senators and is made up of players (13 & 14 year olds) mostly from the East Hants and Sackville Minor Hockey Region. The Sentors compete against teams from all over Nova Scotia. Five students from Newbridge Academy represented the Newbridge Senators in their first season. Home games take place at the Sackville Sports Stadium and East Hants Sportplex. Join us this season for another great year. Newbridge Academy Senators will be holding a Spring Identification Camp in May 2012. This Identification Camp is open to all Bantam-aged players for the 2012-2013 Hockey Season that are members of the East Hants Minor Hockey Association or the Sackville Minor Hockey Association. From this camp, 40 players will be invited to final camp in August. All sessions for the Spring Identification Camp will take place at the Sackville Sports Stadium.

Fitness Testing & Parent Meeting: Wednesday, May 23rd @ 5:30 p.m.
On-ice assessments:     Friday May 25th —9:00-10:30 p.m.
Saturday, May 26th—9:00-10:30 p.m.
Sunday, May 27th—7:00-8:30 p.m.

Registration fee: $150
All registration forms and fees must be received prior to Friday, May 18, 2012.
