Admissions Procedure

STEP 1: Application Forms
Complete all applicable Application Forms and submit to Newbridge Academy’s Administration Office, with a $50 non-refundable application fee.

STEP 2: Assessment Interview
Upon receipt of the completed application package, Newbridge Academy will contact you to arrange an assessment interview with both the potential student and parent(s). The assessment interview takes about 45 minutes to one hour and is conducted by one Newbridge Academy’s qualified teachers to assess grade-level aptitude of the student. A brief student/parent interview will also take place to indicate life skills and interests, and more importantly, for us to get to know the family and ensure the right “fit” for everyone.

STEP 3: Enrollment Offer and Acceptance Letter
Depending on the time of year, and the number of available seats within each class, Newbridge Academy will notify parents of their initial acceptance offer in writing that will include a specific time limit to complete enrollment documentation (typically 15 days).

STEP 4: Pay deposit of $500 to secure spot
At the time of enrollment, parents are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of $500 to secure their student’s spot in the class. This deposit is carried over as part of the Commitment Bond fee for new students, and applied to the tuition for returning students. Because of our growth and extended waiting list, classes may fill and you may lose your spot and be put on a waiting list.

Parents should understand that as of June 1st, all program financial commitments, annual tuition and advanced or concentration program fees are non-refundable.

STEP 5: Welcome Package and Required forms
Once the deposit has been received, each family will be given their Welcome Package. This package contains
information and forms that must be signed. A member of our Administration team will review this with you and ensure that all paperwork is in order.

STEP 6: Purchase uniforms

STEP 7: Attend Orientation Night (the week before school starts)

Newbridge Academy’s policy is to require an enrollment contract to be signed prior to the start of a program, stating refundable and non-refundable fees. Please note that if annual tuition, other advanced or concentration program fees and contracts are not paid and signed, Newbridge Academy reserves the right to withhold student grades or dismiss enrollment.

Application Forms can be mailed, dropped off, faxed, or emailed. Please visit our Contact Us for detailed information.
