Absolute Hockey Conditioning Camp


A customized off-ice hockey training camp, including bonus on-ice games every session, to strengthen and maintain hockey-specific skills during the summer months. Absolute Hockey Conditioning camp is an 8-week program for hockey players Atom-Midget ages.

Our off-ice conditioning sessions provide quality fitness sessions while increasing your strength, balance, flexibility and overall fitness level. Includes upper body strength, lower body strength, core strength, plyometrics, speed and agility training, power and explosiveness, balance and flexibility, resistance training, and more! Our dryland training sessions focus on four main areas related to hockey performance including power and strength, cardio and endurance, speed and agility and balance/flexibility.

Our on-ice sessions each consist of a short warm up followed by 45 minutes of 4on4 hockey games. Games are action-packed, high-level, and high energy! The games allow you to have fun and work on your hockey skills while increasing your on-ice cardio fitness level. The 4on4 games provide you with more open ice, more skating, and increased effort. Games have a referee and will use the entire ice surface. On-ice conditioning also include two power skating sessions.
